Join us in discovering new mechanisms and therapeutics of genome maintenance.
We welcome scientists interested in RNA biology, DNA repair, genome stability, cancer biology, chemical biology and translational therapeutics.
Postdoctoral Fellows
The lab trains fellows in RNA biology, DNA repair, and cancer therapeutics. Write with a CV, a short statement of your research interests, and the names of two referees.
Graduate Students
Students of the Duke graduate programs are welcome to rotate in the lab. Write before the rotation period opens, and say when you can start, so we can shape a project together.
Undergraduate Students
The lab takes undergraduate researchers who can hold one project over more than one term. Say what you have studied and how many hours a week you have.
Collaborators
We collaborate in chemical biology, structural biology, immunology, and drug delivery. Write with a short description of the question you want to answer.
How to apply
Write to Dr. Lan with a CV and a short statement. Say which of the four groups you belong to. We answer every message.
