My research focuses on glioma biology and therapeutic vulnerabilities associated with R-loop regulation, DNA repair, and replication stress. I am particularly interested in understanding how factors such as TRDMT1, ABL1, and RAD52 regulate R-loop-associated DNA repair and how these mechanisms can be translated into new therapeutic strategies for glioma.

My research interests focus on understanding how cells respond to DNA damage and other physical stresses through changes in cell signaling, gene regulation, and chromatin organization. I am particularly interested in the roles of nuclear cGAS in DNA damage responses and cell-cycle regulation, as well as how acoustic stimulation influences DNA damage signaling and epigenetic regulation. My research focuses on the regulation and pharmacology of critical protein related to DNA damage/DNA replication problems involving cancer development and tumorigenesis. The long-term goal of my research is to discovery new drug candidate or strategies to target cancer cells by utilizing both experimental and computational approaches ranging from molecular modeling, bioinformatics, molecular dynam

My research interests focus on DNA damage and repair, R-loop biology, transcription–replication conflicts, and genome stability. I am particularly interested in understanding how RNA modifications and DNA repair pathways regulate R-loops and how defective R-loop processing activates cGAS–STING-mediated innate immune responses. My long-term goal is to identify cancer-specific therapeutic vulnerabil

I am interested in studying how DNA damage repair signaling can instruct tumor immunity. To unpack this, I utilize a combination of genetic and acoustic technologies and study particular conditions governed by noncanonical cGAS activity.

I finished the Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin’ Challenge in less than 2 minutes.

My research focuses on developing targeted protein degradation strategies to uncover noncanonical functions of TERT in cancer and exploit them for therapeutic intervention. I am particularly interested in how TERT degradation disrupts DNA repair and genome stability, activates innate immune signaling, and reshapes the tumor microenvironment.
