Telomere Biology & Genome Maintenance

Understanding how cancer cells maintain chromosome ends and exploit telomere-maintenance pathways.

We study telomere-associated DNA damage and repair, telomeric R-loops, replication stress, telomerase-dependent and alternative telomere-maintenance mechanisms, and their potential therapeutic vulnerabilities.
